this makes so much sense
"Of course your references would originate in France.."

Of course in your naive arrogance you think you already know it all. Of course my references would originate from all over the world. So two of the books I mentioned happen to be written by a Frenchman. And this is relevant how? Oh, you mean that all Frenchmen on earth automatically hate all Americans, and vice versa right? Because this is a very worldly required way of approaching things. So merely because the guy is French that must mean that he hates America and would do anything to disparage it, whether true or not.

"which has a very strong sentiment (or should I say jealousy) against america"

Oh, so you've taken the attitude of a few slimy French politicians and assume that all people in France share their sentiment. So, according to your "logic", every American shares Bush's beliefs about foreign policy, and not one person opposes these war crimes. Your intelligence is just shining.

"and or disruption of their economic interests in Iraq.."

And incredibly euphemistic way to dumb it down. I call it for what it is: theft and mass murder. So let me ask you, to put it in perspective: if I showed up at your business, killed pretty much everyone there, and then set up my own shop in its place, what would you call that? A mere "disruption"? Whatever. You're obviously one of those flag waving "America is the best and can do no wrong" prententious patriot types. I'd love to see what you'd think of France if they waltzed into Iraq and "disrupted" our oil dealings with Iraq. Somehow I don't think you'd be comfortable with me saying that you're griping out of mere jealousy.

"These books are no less biased than any other perspective and only include that which agrees with their agenda."

I'm assuming by your hasty condescending judgment that you haven't even looked at these books. Well, guess what? I've read both books and I have cross referenced the material with other books/sites/films about 9/11, most by Americans (oh wait! They must be jealous then, and have dubious agendas!) and it all checks out as being completely true. I have some advice: try looking into something for yourself before you once again get seduced by the government's ridiculous conspiracy theory concerning 9/11. Surely if you've never done your own investigating, then at best all you can claim to be is ignorant, no?

"However, I don't think anyone who isn't already a terrorist would disagree with the sentiment that there is no place in a civilize world for groups like El Qeada."

Perhaps I would agree with you if this somehow was relevavnt to September 11th, 2001, for Al Qaeda had no part in that crime.

"I'm still trying to figure out what your 9/11 crusade has to do with the article.."

Oh boy. Clue stick: because all this "pre-emptive" striking and concern about future terrorist attacks are as a DIRECT RESULT OF 9/11! DUH! Would the feds be interested in stopping terrorism if 9/11 never took place? Think before you speak.

"I'm more concerned about the governments ability to "command" any private organization to turn over information."

Well, then get concerned about the facts about 9/11, because all this new intrusion is happening because of a crime that has never been investigated, after three years. With fears over "terrorism", expect all sorts of companies to just start bending over for the feds in all sorts of Orwellian ways.

"Show me a warrant and then I'll show you my records."

True, but a much better statement would be: conduct a full honest open investigation into 9/11 which PROVES that Osama and Al Qaeda were behind it, and then we can begin discussing the reduction of my civil liverties as a DIRECT result of this crime..;-)
