Don't you think it's deliberate?
I mean when I look at it, the "security" people are "securing" their financial future doing this. If there is a big enough reward for getting people to create viri (a nice cushy well paying job) and they need new viri or security threats to get people to buy their security software, that seems wrong at a fundamental level.

Frankly, I FIRMLY believe a criminal should NEVER profit from his illegal acts. That's why I have a real problem with people like Kevin Mitnick. I wish more states had laws on the books about it...
