What if you just happened to kill the guy? Then you'd be up the creek w/o a paddle!!!
If he does have to do jail time, I'm sure Big Bubba Skinhead in the computer room @ the prison would love to "protect" him.
But for you to say he should be hurt bad and he does happen to get hurt bad. You could wind up doing Prison time with Big Bubba Skinhead to "protect" you
