- Put him to use
- I have no problem putting this guy to good use. Put him in front of a computer owned by a company. Pay him minimum, or even prison, wages. He analyzes threats and reports on them, and that's all. He owns no computer. He goes to jail the instant he does *anything* that's not authorized. This is how he lives for 10 years. He then owns or uses no computer for the rest of his life. This can all be court-mandated. He gained his knowledge by attacking society. Let him pay society back, "Catch Me if You Can"-style.
