I got a Samba server.
I got one, but I probably won't patch. No need to, its all local. If someone does a DoS, it will be me or my family.

But if I had to, its nice to know I don't need to shutdown my other more important servers, desktops, and programs running on the same machine.

I will patch it whenever I get around to it, there is no rush.

What I want to know is does this have to do with the nmbd or smbd. It seems to be the former... If it is, it should affect even fewer people as its function could be done by another machine (usually a Windows).
