Mr.President in a can please
The type of going over the top of legislation utilzing presidential powers has got to abate. I would be glad to see the next presidential election based on a debate of copyrights vrs security of persons within the ''cyber''generalities.

I mean lets face it. Congress hasn't given anybody place to confront the relationship of security of person and copyright. When it comes to what the president would measure is he still going to be looking at what the FCC transposed for the broadcast conglomerates for OTA,and to the personality of 'local medias ?

Software companies creating business contract through liscencing believe 'this is ''OK". There is a serious inconsistency of wich laws for an endeavor simply 'crowd out the 'real person of wich the constitution was meant to provide sanctuary. This is because the interoperability was never a basis for 'liscence. The 'liscence was basis for 'sale.

Copyright law does not grant usury rights to anything.DMCA does not. Neither does the Electronic Theft Act. Or delegate that copyrighted electronic works cannot compete on a basis of the utility digital aspects brings to the market that uses it.

Instead there is the premise of piracy, diverting the attention of the realistic relationship of digital utility to 'authors, and persons alike. The catalyst for these business practices are based on that law premise. Without structure for a standard wich eludes to the real difference the reference of digital could make across all platforms.

So I can agree that security is a neccesary relationship to everybody. But the discreprency wasn't made that security could be delegated by denying arbitration simply by denying the presence of person to their homes, becuase business has an applicable liscence ?

And as well with the deemability of FCC this too is a fallicy of wich 'person as rendered to the consitution is delegated to 'end-user...because this is a business liscence between electronic components that must comply ?

No this barrier has not been bridged because no standard has been offered. Either to copyright law,DMCA,or No Electronic Theft Act. This 'deal is offered to 'business as liscence and leave composer to believe person is easily replaced to that end.

And seriously copyright laws and digital effects are big business. There is a neccesity to figure out the what about however, since 'fair-use is only a precedent, and not law. And has the respect of plenty of softwares and plenty of relationships 'known wich the explicit practices of these 'lawful relationships should take note of.

This wouldn't be a question of denying a person of fair-use,it is a 'fair-use of a person of wich portrays the constitutionality of those relationships.

Copyright law should be amended within the institutional usage:

-rational fair use to the person of use for the esthetic performance of the copyrighted work.

DMCA should be amended:

-copyfriendly products cannot be prohibited.

......everybody then should know the rest of the story.

-just talking.
