A local computer shop complained to microsoft that they had to pay more to install a windows OS than did Dell. They got a visit from the MS reps who threatened to take away his reseller rights if he didn't stop talking about it. They use strong arm tactics to intimidate the little guys, they use brilliant marketing strategies to trick the user, and they resell 20 year old technology as new innovations from MS. You gotta like big business.... not.

They claim to spend more on software R&D than any other company or National Lab. What does all that research get them? They can't display an image on the screen from a simple mathematical equation without creating a security flaw. Perhaps they should hire a few college students to take of such little matters that are obviously below them.
