You're correct IMO
and supporting virus writers because they currently target a system a number of people hate does not make the virus writer right nor the persons supporting them. They'd probably be equally ticked if said virus writers were also sending out millions of spams to them, and all of sudden they feel its justifiable to bury the "creeps" under the jail.

To each their own agenda.
