The question I have is this
If PC's are up todate on their AV AND patches, is this really a threat to a large group of people?

I am only asking because MyDoom has been around a while so by that you would figure that it should be pretty easy to defend against.

If not, looks like I will be getting some more PC's to rebuild (i.e. more $$$ from the poor souls that failed to keep it up to date!) If anything, Microsoft does provide a nice side income for me!
