One more thing.
I feel the *NEW* is a bit too eye catching. It takes too much attention away from the subject title and gets irritating after seeing so many on one page. You can tone it down a bit. Like just put a red star/small gif after the subject title.

I don't think we need a timestamp. You are right, a date is good enough. You might even get rid of that; as *NEW* shows which posts are recent. Most talkbacks don't go on for more than 2 days anyway.

I like the gif image you put after your name. It really helps in figuring out if you are actually with ZdNet.

Finally, my Linux Firefox and XP Firefox seem to display the page the same, so if there was a glitch, you seemed to have fixed it.
