What's a FireFox?
Just kidding.

I know we did a lot of Mac testing, but I wouldn't be surprised if something's wonky on Linux Firefox. The new pages use a lot more CSS than the old ones, and while that's *supposed* to make them much more standard, things don't always work out that way in all browsers. We'll check it out.

> How the talkbacks are displayed/listed - personally a date time stamp would be nice + the old layout from about a year ago was okay.
Virtually all TalkBack messages are posted within 24 hours of the article. Do you really want a time stamp on the threads list to help distinguish morning posts from afternoon ones? I thought no one would care?

When you say you liked the old layout, what was good about it? We did switch platforms, but that doesn't mean that we can't control the interface.

> Even though I have it set and it has always done so, links that I have visited for some odd reason never change color to indicate that I had been there.
Actually, I think that's our fault. The visited link color on ZDNet pages is very hard to distinguish from the normal link color. (They may even be the same today.) We can fix that one.

What's bad about the fonts? We're using Arial -- pretty standard everywhere.

> ... implanting of the white papers and webcasts in the middle of the story is distracting.
I figured some folks would not like the white papers in the story (as opposed to at the bottom), but they are tied to the same topics as the story and lots of people make the shift from reading news to getting vendor content. I'm hopeful that this layout makes the contextuality of the papers clearer, and thus more useful to people researching products.
