To give you an idea of how easy SPF is
Just to explain how simple it is:

1. Start here:
http://spf.pobox.com/wizard.html

2. Enter your domain

3. Select the configuration settings for your email servers.

4. You end up with a text record, e.g. for hotmail.com it is probably just this since all the servers seem to be ZZZ.hotmail.com:
"v=spf1 a mx ptr -all"

5. Login to the DNS interface your ISP provides.

6. Set a TXT record with the text generated by the wizard in the DNS.

In some cases you can't set a TXT record (I have this on some domains I'm putting SPF in for), so just ask your ISP to do it.

Thats how easy it is.
