You be amazed at the immoral legal things you can do with in the letter of the law.

I don't see how they can charge this guy with anything Hacking. He didn't hack a thing. He just legally followed a procedure set in place where some twit let him do what he did.

Now if you charge him Fraud that might stick depending on if he pretended to be someone he wasn't.
