requesting a DNS transfer is the internet equivalent of "stealing," is it not. You also have to factor into it, that users of ebay's German sites were without access until the problem could be corrected, and in some instances, I imagine people lost money over it in the way of lost bids, etc.

Anyhow, would it not be a crime to submit paperwork to have a car or house title transferred into your possession, when it was someone else's vehicle or house?
