All that time...
"I prefer it primarily because I have wasted zero time over the last 3-1/2 years dealing with viruses, trojans and spyware, leaving me a lot more time to actually do something useful."

Funny, over the last 5 years I spent zero time dealing with viruses, trojans and spyware on various versions of Windows. I must be missing something because if you are implying that a Windows user that follows even simple precautions spends even a small amount of time doing these things then you fell for the FUD that is coming from all the anti-MS camps. Can you give me an idea what is your impression of "the amount of time" a Windows user spends doing these things? I am quite curious since you seem to have experience with this. Or is this just more unsubstantiated FUD?

Also, I won't trust Apple to be honest with the severity of any vulnerability in OS X. They seem to treat every vulnerability as a PR problem instead of a technical problem, and always go out of their way to minimize it as much as possible.

And if you were upset by the "misinformation" about this vulnerability in OS X, good thing you are on the ABM side because you'll have a difficult time dealing with all the and-MS FUD coming from the Linux/Mac crowd. It's whenever the walled rose garden gets threatened that Apple fans respond like that. It's actually quite fascinating to watch...

Love,
Peter
