Feds try again for wiretapping conviction

Can't EVER be stopped.

As a long-time system administrator, I cannot see how to stop this behavior. Anyone with "root" on the mail server can read ALL the mail that resides there. It's also not very hard to keep copies of all mail sent. As an ethical person, I never did look at anyone else's emails - even though I could.
