no need to clean cache
We use a proxy at work which keeps people going to work-related sites depending on their job. They think this is terrible, they finally get someone to listen to their plight and we have to lift restrictions on that account - a week later a tech is out fixing that machine. I don't buy the "it was only pop-ups..." The worst pop-up I've seen is a girl in a bathing suit, and no doubt, pop-ups are installed by shady people, but anything worse than that is from being where you shouldn't be - period. That argument just shouldn't be accepted by IT people, you should know better.
