Everyone bumps into porn
It happens and there is little you can do about it. You search for work related material and click what looks like valid link and BAM 18 porn pages suddenly open up. You try an close them but for every one you close 2 or 3 more open up. Suddenly you internet history has block of 20 or 30 porn sites in it.

Should you be fired?

Now if someone walks by and see you doing something you should that's one thing but relying on history can be very misleading.
