Not realistic
Under current conditions, businesses require employees to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Naturally, if people have to spend all their waking hours at work, they will conduct their personal life there. You could fire them, but whoever you hire will do the same thing. Most businesses understand, and look the other way.
