Is this the Dark Ages?
Yes, a person should be disciplined for using a business computer for non-business purposes if it's against policy but why the fixation on porn? I would imagine that gaming and personal email or messaging constitute a much bigger threat to productivity. And as an amusing side note, I once caught my boss (the General Manager) surfing a porn site at work (although it was after-hours). I guess he should have fired himself.
