Seen it in action where I work
As the administrator, I have access to all the PCs at the local level in my agency. At least once a week, I get a call from our internal security people asking me to check history files and temp directories to see what an individual has been viewing. Then they like to come watch over my shoulder while I am going through the files. I know what they are attempting to do and I don't care for it, but it is my job to assist. How well I do it is another question wink
