Ur missing the point of the article!
The article isn't about work ethics. The author's point is that abuse without oversight is happening in the workplace concerning web use (porn) with little evidence and no recourse for rebuttal (because upper mgmt, media and organization are too blind and discriminate of the subject matter). You should re-read the article or at least, re-read the author's subject.
