Don't regulate RFID--yet

UPC codes never had the ability to collect vast amounts of personal info: Distributed RFID systems in the future could very well transmit consumer behavior. So, while the lowly RFID chip is now only a glorified UPC, in the future it will be linked into large consumer behavior databases.
