New Age Peeping T Man (Tom)

You may think your PC is protected by all the latest & upto date software to protect from spyware etc....When along comes a neighborhood ,family man, offering to help with your PC. He works on your machine, then not even a day later, you begin to get errors, telling you your Norton is not up to date, this is not the traditional message for updates, so you press yes/ok.Unknowing to you , what you are recieving is this slimy persons entry to your machine remotley. Eventually ,also your antivirus disabled. Your email is gathered,by this person before you get it. They then rewrite programs into your mail, and then place it in your email page with more commands to use more of your pc, to connect with more scum,all over the world.I have unplugged my speakers I purchased from this person , along with my Router, I didn't need in the first place, except to connect to him.
I am sure there are many more unknown to me still lurking in my PC. I will get rid of this problem , if I have to catapult the machine through his front window.
This New Age Peeping T Man , works for our governments F.A.A.
What a disgrase.
I am open to any ideas, or comparisons
There is more to it, but this turns my stomach.
