sounds to me in that case.. it's the Record companies that would ruin it...
even by the NET act... sharing of a limited amount of copyrighted amterials is perfectly legal and covered under fair use. since this is limited to a local area (and not the whole internet), i don't think this counts as P2P, for those purposes....

so you have legal sharing going on and the RIAA squelches it... guess whot he bad guys are... there are no pirates here, unless the court rules that this localized sharing doesn't qualify under the net act.
