See, Java is quite the viable tool and
yes, as said before, what Apple closed off hackers would open back up again. I can see Apple shutting Real out, Real's gotta play some sort of fair with hacking the iPod, but hackers in general, if they feel challenged, are gonna keep hammering away at iTunes sharing just like for every P2P that goes down, another more stealthy P2p rises. And how Apple plays this determines the volley of fix and break again. Look for Apple to close the loop again and next month another twist from hackers that opens it up and expands capability. It's the wild west of programming.
