- I have been using the XP SP 2 update since early in the current year and find it to be working very well. This upgrade helps protect your machines, and includes an advanced firewall system that you can adjust as you need. If you think of the time you spend on the net for enjoyment or for work, why would you not want to protect your investment (PC) with this free security upgrade??? The update can be obtained from Windows Update sites. It may take a while to download for those of you on a slow connection, but isn't your machine worth protecting? Microsoft also will send a CD out to those that don't want to download it. I would suggest that everyone take the time to protect yourself and get Service Pack 2. (Joe)
