I wouldn't call it snooping
I've seen stuff I shouldn't see but it happens. Management isn't getting a email so we go hunting for it and in the process see content. PayRoll reports fire out the printers and we see stuff. Looking for bad data in database and again you see stuff. There really is no need to snoop. It will eventually pass you eyes anyways.
