Hmm... sounds like someone at Think Computer obviously wasn't thinking..

It's your fault.. software will never be perfect. This sounds more like a feature request to me. If Think Computer, "thinks" it should work differently then it's up to them to notify the vender (MS), so they can correct the "problem", but in this case the only problem is your staff. Shame them.. and shame YOU Aaron for being such a dink to take advantage of this reporters obvious lack of computational intelligence.

You could always run another OS that allows you to get under the hood, and you'd be able to fix the "problem" yourself.. you sap.
