Umm, Perry...they do. try to google real quick before commenting. Not even to start mentioning CEH and some of the others, a good Security+ course can teach you enough about the exploits to go out and do it.

To Sophos: Right because someone that has written any virus or malware and still has the code, be it on paper or in their mind, hasn't the faintest idea how to help code a signature against there own code. Because no AV or security software company that uses signatures as a part of their software has ever brought a real live in the wild virus from the wild into their testbed so they could observe it to code against it.

Let's get a grip people, it's not about skill (although I agree that good coders get decent jobs and probably don't spend every evening PWNing people), it's about morals and values.
