- Paypal does make it hard to report these things. I find it extremely frustrating. One might think that a company wishing to keep people's business would be quicker about responding to these things. I think they should post a warning to users on the top of their website. I knew it was a scam, but I didn't know it could extract info from your computer that you didn't give it. I believe that Paypal has an obligation to the public to inform them of this!
