NO! They should be punished by being forced to use an abacus, pencil and paper and have their computers taken away from them.

For what it's worth, anyone who runs a computer that's connected to the 'net should have (at the VERY least) some flavor of antivirus software installed. I got no less than 3 copies of this very scam the other day. Before I got a chance to do anything with it, Panda AV reported that the attachment was infected and dealt with. Gotta love it.
