Microsoft Devotion
it is naive to think that microsoft would be interested in complementing anyone but intel. they have been married to each other for so long that the concept would be unacceptable to either of them. so what if microsoft finally got around to implementing some other hardware manufacturer's idea without buying or stealing it first. i for one am not interested in anything concerning microsofts attempts to extort more money out of its users with promises of a better operating system. ever since they started this upgrade trash saying that windows95 was not the best thing since sliced bread after all and that the public needed to pay them exhorbitant amounts of money to fuel their ambitions of global software dominance, i have reluntantly watched and waited for a stable operating system that was not open fodder for any malicious freak out there.

from what i have seen of windows-xp, they are not there yet and still have a long way to go.

i will therefore continue to buy upgrades second hand so as to not contribute to microsoft's (or intel's) desire.
