You might have a few misconceptions about me
* I checked my IIS server multiple times when download.ject adivsories came out. They weren't infected. I am not in financial services industry, so yeah perhaps my servers weren't even targeted.

* I don't run IIS by choice. The choice has been made long before I got where I am. I just make the best out of the situation by making it as secure As I can. They havn't been (*knock on wood*) hacked so far in 5 years.

* I am an avid fan of the FreeBSD and OpenBSD and use them at work and at home. I'm sitting behind a freeBSD box right now.

* I am subscribed to many security mailing lists, and I do read the cert advisories that are relevant to my situation.

* If your full time job is security, then I'm sure you know 100 times more than me, but I am not "complacent and not aware of the information that is commonly distributed". At my job I wear a too many hats to know everything that is going on in the security scene.
