i think he's basing it towards MS papers on TCO
Every little section reads with a "The TC0 is clearly obvious for the Windows Platform". He's using it as a pun for all the MS funded studies that use their conclusion to state that same deranged fact in some way.

I found alot of amusement in the paper, especially the pie graph with the heading "Difficulty of owning windows vs Difficulty to make this graph" then it shows Open Office and Windows. That definitely gave me a chuckle.

All in all, it does bring into view the differences between the 2 OS's and gives a little detail on how they handle exploits. I'd say to anyone to take it as they wish, be it a grain of salt, or seriously. More pun against the other third party analysts than anything.

I give it an 8.5 for comedic review
