You are wrong
It doesn't matter if it is a virus, worm, or trojan. A good OS (oh, like, um, LINUX!!) would never let you run any program that is harmful to the user. It is terrible OSs like Winblow$ (and I shudder to even call it an OS, it is more like a patchwork of bandages) that allow users to do things like install programs without root logon. If that phone had been designed to use Linux, no one would be able to install any programs on it, and there would be no trojans, worms, or viruses (whatever you want to call them) in the world, anywhere, ever!!
