If you could imagine the govy telling everybody they had to 'register 'for annnything. In the same way as businesses 'clue-you-in. For example lets do a 'register for microsoft service in order to have the benifits of the internet. The liscence takes your person, contributes to the 'farming of record to every individual known to take participation to the technology. Pretty much making sure among them that 'liscence savy '' stays that way. In place of the govy doing this we have Microsoft retaining propriety in its 'judgement seat of 'law with all the votes that can prevail from its self indemnification. Claiming its 'justification for being a 'self-adjudicating authority , is the fact that 'we need protection from ourselves. Something of course that Microsoft will provide, given WE just roll over and play dead.
Weeeell ya know. The machines got to run. For example there is no reason that somebody has to ask microsoft to reserve'' the space for return postage. (considering in the anology that 'Microsoft owns the IP for that space). Yeah though the machines got to run. However I dont belive that this should be some sort of 'automated ping box exclusive for them.
It would have been fairly simple to just 'have spam law in the 'rights of the receiver. An authenticated 'do not solicit built into an email program. Wich 'by law states a sender has to comply with. Instead we will just walk right up there and give the spammers our IP addresses taken via the 'browser in order to continue the correct 'mechanism wich within this is merely 'machine (browser user) paralleling machine (email address). Nobody has said anything about this. How a person who opts out is giving this information to the spam machine anyway.
So lets just keep it that way , hmmm /.. so they say.
Considering an email address isn't everything to begin with. It supposedly is the person who utilizes,or the person of the email address. As well the IP supposedly is going to be something of the same conviction of 'person. However the same detail of 'farm and crunch is ever apharent to implementation in the technological bisquit.
Im mean you have got to believe that somebody entering into programming is charged a fortune for something they will not have a right to own. Then the choice is to tow the Microsoft variation,or choose that a conflict resides to anything else. But yeah the machines have got to 'get-it-right. Encryption ?
Users of their own computers might be better to have their own IP. Wich is what this is comming to. They are in no position to 'opt-in for another business of wich they have no business doing. That is a 'person creates their own relationships. But the criteria for that relationship is always their own person to make of it. In a way, this is the same as securing a 'wire-tap. That is a 'person, wether being proprietor or 'at the computer,is asked to allow the 'ping for their email address. It just doesn't stop their though. Somebody you dont know,as with most these spam relationships, are still going to have 'legitimate IP adresses. That we dont want to have anything to do with.
But if it is something the same as an IP adress 'caller id. For the client-end, this couldn't get anymore simpler. But ya wind up with two different ideas of 'email, and machine ip. With contenders dealing your person,in a way you should 'know what that IP means in its reception.
Then you wont.So Microsoft can call its liscensees fools again to protect us from ourselves.? The person we dont have ? Mean maybe somebody dont want to clown around anymore. At the desktop we deserve our persons.
Microsoft make whoopie with all ISPs then ? Security the general welfare of wich none of us in individuality have any ? I could just write here,- go with the flow . But the small stuff IS doin the sweatin. Since the obviousness is only to its notice.
And WE are all innocent.
