This is just one more attempt to pretend doing something good for the industry when in fact they are going to underhandedly use it to attempt to hijack the internet once again. Check out Nigel's post below. There is a clause that says this cannot be used with OSS. Take note: they have only been doing this kind of crap for about twenty years. At what point will you become suspicious?..
