Anti-Kerry book defaced at online store

It was not graffiti or a hack, it was an inside job: It was not just the cover. The book title was also altered to "FIT for Command" -- and was clearly visible on Barnes and Noble's web site under the altered title for several hours. This is data driven by the internal company database, where they store price and other highly confidential information. There is no way an outside hacker or random graffiti action could have altered the book title in the listing that way.
