At this rate, which I don't doubt, it's going to be extremely hard for any antivirus or security suite to keep up. Sophos is very good in this area, there are probably better, but right now I use Kaspersky 7.0 Internet Security. I have tweaked Windows settings, the registry, and have added Spybot Search & Destroy.

This is a constant playing of catchup, reading, and educating yourself to have a chance of keeping your system clean.

Now if only everybody out there would take the time and learn new things from people in the industry, then maybe we could come up with a solution or a multiple of solutions that could help us in this battle.
