Noooo, it's not compromised, it's just destroyed by the bomb squad after evacuating the facility it was left in. Why on earth would you assume that

"Compromised would imply some sort of breach by an entity that did not have access to data."
That's an oxymoron. If the entity does not have access, there can be no breach.
Perhaps you meant authorization rather than access? Totally different thing.
