Georgia patients' records exposed on Web for weeks

ahhh compromised? nope: If i leave a bag unattended in a public place.. is the bag compromised? no.

"This is the second time in a year that records for Medicaid and PeachCare for Kids participants in Georgia have been compromised."

Compromised would imply some sort of breach by an entity that did not have access to data.

As for wellcare.. not a good thing to do. You can bet that person lost their job... fired! They were also raided last year and our company, which is a CHC, had to deal with that too.
