There's no need to recall a device that can be easily fixed by the consumer with a simple virus scan.



That assumes the infestation isn't in the USB stick's firmware. If it is, then the consumer could scan, but never remove the infestation.



And China's government has had, as its main goal for over a decade, to topple America's economy, so the concern is justified.
