- Actually google has fallen off as of late....

I have been using a few other search engines lately and have
been getting some cool sites that I know are not advertising.
Google seems different than it did two or three years ago. I
can't tell exactly but the first two or three pages of listings are
always "so close" to what I want, but always have something else
to sell too. (If I get one more ebay listing on the first google
results page - I WILL write my congressman.....)
I can't put my finger on it but they seem to be very clever at
mixing my search request with advertisers.
But I do agree with your bashing statement. Civility is the
