Not encouraging patriotism - mixed signals to citizens
What is wrong with our judicial system? Is some hot shot district attorney adding to his job security by prosecuting a true American? Ask yourself this, was the damage, economic and political, done to an American citizen? No. Do we care what Al Jazeera has rights too? No. They are not broadcasting in this country. These are the people that show films of civilians dancing in the streets everytime and American dies or a terrorist bombing hits its target.

Should the guy spend time in jail? Not for this act. PEOPLE! We are in a state of war, declared by Congress, supported by good tax paying citizens such as you and I. Every single citizen has a patriotic obligation, duty and right to act in militia fashion to take the task to the enemy and defend our home. Read the Constitution. Al Jazeera spreads propaganda around the globe in the name of profaning a good religion. This American should be given a medal for screwing up their operations. We support freedom of press, but some evil broadcasts, sad to say, are protected under our own Constitution, IF they were in this country. But they are not.

Yet here is a good person, who did something to interfere with another groups ability to support terroristic efforts. Yet, we prosecute the guy because we have laws to protect our own corporations from the similar acst. And he exported it to a region of the world culturally responsible for death and opression and the fornication of a fine religion. What are we thinking? This is like removing the words "Under God" from The Pledge of Allegiance a few months after 9/11. Where is our collective reason at these days?

The guy made a global political statement. Someone give him a medal, please, before I lose faith in our government's intelligence.
