A point to ponder
One thing that has been missed here (apparently) by those most worried about Constitutional violations....

*IF* there were any loopholes in how the computer evidence was collected, even the least capable legal eagle would have gone for suppression of THAT evidence - which we hear nothing of here. The whole story actually appears to be a last-ditch effort by a lawyer who had run out of other possible objections to obfuscate a properly reached verdict. Nice try - no cigar!

IANAL - and just my opinion of course...
