sorry but you are wrong
he was an airman. she was married to him. he knew he was giving up alot of rights when he enlisted. he knew he would now be under the military legal system. she was married to him and knew these things as well, and thus gave up her civilian rights as well.

all of you people in here grumbling are forgetting that. when you enlist, you know that you are handing them your arse, literally. you become government military property. literally.
