Other than Texas...
I think many other courts would be deeply concerned why Air Force Investigators are hacking and tracking civilians... That should be an eye opener in any state... well, except Texas... apparently someone forgot to tell the Texas courts that we now have a Constitution... and they not suppose to change it!

If that defense can... PLEASE take it to the Supreme court... and let them scold those courts for being out of whack... unless there's more to the story... which I am sure there is...
