Web searches?
I work in computer forensics, so I totally understand the web searches from an investigatory point of view. What concerns me, though, is how they obtained the web searches.

If they had valid search warrants, then I'm less concerned. This story, however, fails to clarify that point, and it tends to increase people's fears unnecessarily.

In the future, if you do not know how something is obtained, it would be more journalistically responsible to say that it may have been obtained lawfully, but you have no details. Even CNN does that.
