I wonder how they proved chain of custody
When you place a tracking device on someones car, how do you prove they actually drove the car? How do you prove they didnt move the tracker to someone elses car?

I dont see how tracking devices can be used in a court of law. Its hard to prove chain of custody if the device is removable.

If i saw people do that to my neighbors car, i would tell him... then i would let them move it to some kids bike or a garbage truck. Just to prove how stupid using such a thing really is.
